Tips to improve Gut Health: 1. Sleep well 2. Staying Active or Physically fit - Make exercise a part of your life. Use your legs often; MOVE!! 3. Eat home made food - Sasta, Sundar, Tikaau. 4. Diet could include below - Rice + Ghee + Salt (Lunch/Dinner) Pumpkin + Dahi + Tadka (Pumpkin Bharit) Sprouted Matki roasted with Ghee. It can be eaten in various ways. It can even be eaten as Raita/Salad.

She is spot-on with the gut health and walking connect. Sedentary lifestyle has disturbed digestion like never before and Covid has added to it. Tips for eating simple foods like matki, rice and pumpkin are precious. Fast food fads and processed meals are tasty but not nutritious.
