Ice cream making is a passion of mine. I was first asked to make it when I started working in restaurants and fell in love with it. Coming up with different flavours and making add-ins and glazes for it is so much fun. I recently bought a breville smart scoop so i could start making it at home. I would eventually love to start selling my own pints of ice cream and just go crazy with flavours.

I have an even better way to make icecream, and you only have to buy one thing! Get some sweetened condensed milk, and if you want you can get other flavors, but that’s not necessary. Then take a large bowl and leave it outside in the winter. Bring it back in when it’s full of snow (don’t scoop it from the ground because that will make it full of dirt) and mix in your condensed milk and other flavors. You have icecream that’s already the perfect consistency because of the snow! It’s not quite the same as normal icecream, but I got really excited about this when I was little, so it would be a good project for a little kid to try! Edit: it will still be good if you put it in the freezer for later
@epowell42116 жыл бұрын
We would just gather bowls of snow and pour milk and syrup on them :) Still one of my favorites - much lighter flavor.

Maybe you should do a Roast *insert type of meat here* epic battle... followed immediately by making 3 levels of broth, to use up the leftovers?! That could work, and would also fit with... well, when most people are likely to actually make a broth. I think you've done roast dinners before, but you might need the consistency of picking the same type of meat, to follow it up really effectively with making 3 kinds of broth. Ways to store it, and how long it can keep for, would also be good to know. Can you make enough that there's some to store... and then use it in another recipe, in a few weeks time?!
