3-Ingredient Cookies / Biscuits /Butter cookies / shortbread cookies Without Oven, Eggs and milk. Quick, easy and delicious biscuits made with just 3 ingredients :
1 cup butter softened
½ cup sugar
2 cups cake / all-purpose flour

I will, but if your from South Africa I used Hart Pot, but it also depends on your stove if it heat too much try to put on low instead of medium heat

Tried these ... they are fab. Put them in the air fryer for 12mins ... perfecto! Forgot to add - the temp for the air fryer is 200 C ... I tried a choc chip recipe today at the same temp and time. The choc chip added a bit more moisture ... but still did not turn out too bad at all.
