I make something similar but with onions, green peppers, ham and paprika. Family loves it. Yours looks good. 👍

No, this is so GOOD! (Would the purists have the chef omit the garlic too?) I shall try this method next time I make a Spanish omelette. Than you from Canada.

From the end result you can clearly see the eggs were not mixed properly. Use a hand whisk not a fork to mix eggs, then the interior would be a single colour rather than yellow with white stripes. AND add a pinch of salt to taste.

I'm thinking the white is probably potato and the onion. The eggs where well mixed and I added salt. It's mixed in with my black pepper. Thanks for watching. And leaving feedback. 😊
