The Biblical series and the class series are the rough drafts and the footnotes. In this video he seems to reveal his soul, where he's at. Powerful and succinct.

Fancy seeing you here pastor. Did you happen to catch the name of JP's church? Saint Joachim of Floris (Fiore). Saint Joachim wrote three books that are almost impossible to get any good info on. I highly recommend you do some research on the saint and those books, if you haven't already. Absolutely fascinating stuff. I also eagerly await your videos after doing so. Best wishes.

Logos is not just an Archetype or Ideal but something literally sown in the the hearts and souls of all people. On the DEEPEST level we all know we should move towards what is good and true. The capacity for Truth and what is good exist in us, and this is sacred and be treated as such.

I grew up a Christian but was very confused by all the checklists other Christians seemed to expect of me to still be good. I kept the core ideas of being as honest as I could get myself to be. I teach for a living and it can place me in a position where I can want to lie. People are expected to take me at my word. I want to take my responsibility seriously, as obviously Jordan does here. I don't know the ends of everything I do but I do my best to give the best to others and I have found if I suffer for that it is much more bearable than when I suffer for failing to do what I know is best for all. Being responsible is tough but being responsible and suffer on the outside is so much better than suffering for bad choices. I feel like these choices set me against others, but I have seen it make them better people. Sorry for the rant, but I hope someone finds it relevant.

Because of the Logos there is no free will, the only will that exists in our universe is the Will of the Logos, and even that Will is not free (it is constrained to a certain pattern). The Chinese also knew about the Logos, they called it the Tao or the Way.

+Jonathan Pageau During Jesus lifetime, no persons were described as "Jews". When He was in Judea, it was not the "homeland" of the ancestors of those who call themselves "Jews". Jesus was a 'Judean', not a Jew, just as the term "Texan" signifies a person living in Texas. The religious sect in Judea, in the time of Jesus, was known as "Pharisees". Jesus denounced "Pharisaism"; hence the words, "Woe unto you Scribes and Pharisees, Hypocrites, Ye Serpents, Ye Generation of Vipers".

"Jesus was a 'Judean', not a Jew" Where do you think the term Jew comes from anyway? And Christ is deriding the Pharisees in that passage for being hypocrites, not for being Pharisees per se. Otherwise, why would he have chosen a Pharisee (Paul) to spread his message to the Gentiles? Christ was a Rabbi. Whether or not people called him a Jew, or Judean or whatever is basically beside the point. If he wasn't a Jew in practice, what was he? A fundamentalist 21st century baptist? A Unitarian? How could he not be a Jew given where he lived, who he was, and what he practiced? He practiced the life and the religion of the Jews. Not for nothing, but what's with all the weird anti-Jewish stuff that these types of videos attract? (Meaning Peterson specifically in this case) It doesn't really go with what he brings forth.

Yes, I love Jordan but in other places he uses the term 'judo'christian', as we all do I suppose. E Michael Jones knocks that on the head with a terrifying logic. I don't know... I sometimes feel that because Jordan Peterson is tied to the univeristy, and indeed his fleeting You Tube celebrity, he is hesitant. So he will never say that the Frankfurt School were Jewish intellectuals, and, to follow the logic, the Marxists being the arch rebels of the LOGOS. Even Jaque Derrida was battling against the LOGOS, as E Michael Jones explains. Maybe it is because Jones has the gravity of the real Popes that he is able to penetrate to places most can't?

When I listened to Dr Peterson talking about the struggle to tell the truth, I couldn't help think about the fact he can't answer questions about the Jewish role in Bolshevism and the JQ in general. I saw someone give him a copy of Two Hundred Years Together by Solzhenitsyn and ask him about these subjects. Jordan said " I can't do it". I can't say I blame him. Solzhenitsyn didn't write that book till he was very old and had less to fear than a younger man at the height of his career. He is probably more use to us all with out that drama for now. He may one day reach a point when he is prepared to be crucified for speaking the truth.

Jn. 1.1. “Consciousness” no no no Jordan please don’t speak heresy! Logos is the ‘word’ and that word is God incarnate who is the Christ, the promised One. Please don’t speak on this subject until you get a ‘biblical’ understanding of the meaning of the Logos! Your reach is massive, therefore your heresy will be equally massive but exponentially so. The church has had to fight long and hard defending this particular doctrine: personification of the logos. If this isn’t understood after having attempted to give you a brief outline here, go to biblical scholars such as the late RC Sproal, pastor John MacArthur, “Wretched Radio” or James White. All very fine scholars on apostolic doctrine and theology. It’s not necessary to know Biblical Greek but even a basic understanding of NT Gk. of this text would never allow such an interpretation as the logos being any kind of ‘consciousness’.
