My favourite way to lock up the Kimura, more from a Catch Wrestling style known as the “double wrist lock” but to me its all just the same. People argue about which art is better, but if you just train what works then it doesn’t matter! My style has always been a hybrid of grappling arts, take the best from each style is the way forward, just like my grandad Bruce Lee used to say.
