3. Method 1: How to Reset the Spunky Beat True Wireless Earbuds?

There are two resetting methods. When one method does not work, you can try another one.
The First resetting method:
Step 1: Put two earbuds back into the charging case, wait for their indicator lights go on red.
Step 2: Take them out and tap 4 times quickly. After the number 4th tap, without letting your hands go, continue to hold the touch area until the indicator lights flash red and blue alternately (Note: This step should begin within 5 seconds after taking out the earbuds, or it will do not work).
Step 3: Put them back into the charging case.
Step 4: Two earbuds will reset and restart with the default settings.

Facing touch issues. Sometimes it detects my touch and sometimes it doesn't. Same for the both sides. Is it due to the cold weather?

I bought them less than 3 months ago and almost I have not used them, I stopped using them for a while and left them stored in the charging case and now the right earphone does not work so I left it charging for a long time and I have tried to synchronize it as indicated the manual and other tutorials and it has not been possible.

Please check that is it the contact problem first because two earbuds will go on charging state (red LED) when putting them back into the case. When you take out two earbuds at the same time, they will pair with each other then go on stereo mode.

Hello tronsmart, I've been dropping the spunky beat case accidentally for a few times and I'm worried if it would ruin something internally. The drops are usually 0.5 - 1 meter from the ground. Is the case actually durable to withstand multiple drops?

@@kirushkeevich6892 Hi, if you have connected two earbuds separately once, there will have two Bluetooth names in the list. One is for the left earbuds (or two earbuds), another one is for the right earbud.

@@ori1 If you need to use the right earbud independently, we recommend you keep two pairing names on your device. If you don't like two names still, you can try to forget the device, then re-pair again, and then do not tap the 'Pair' option when a popup comes.

Yes, there are two versions of Spunky Beat. The first version does not support volume control and the LED light will flash while listening. And we improved these two after listening to our fans' suggestions. So the second version supports volume control and the LED light will not flash while using.

I have a problem when I put earbuds into the charging case it shows red light and can connect it on my device but when I take it out from the charging case it doesn't show any light actually it never show blue light. and I never can connect it with other device when I take it out from the charging case.....so I never use it ever since I bought it....frustrated

The earbuds will turn off automatically after 5 minutes if they have not paired with any device via Bluetooth. Please make sure you pair the earbuds with Bluetooth device after taking them out.

@@TronSmartYTB I'm pairing the earbuds with my TV the one I mentioned in the previous comment, but for some reason they turn off automatically, also I bought a Bluetooth transmitter/reciever to try and solve the problem and is just the same thing, 5 minutes after pairing and they turn off

Hi, I also had this problem, but after removing the small round protection, the one that is glued at the end of the tube which goes inside your ear, the problem got solved. Remove it with a sharp object carefully, to avoid damaging the plastic case. The problem doing this is that you won't be able to glue it back, since the protection is really thin (like a plastic) and it most likely will get damaged after you remove it. Also consider that your earbuds will be opened so, the dust will come in easily so, do it by your own risk. I've got my running again and I just discovered it because I was about to disassemble them to check what is inside hahaha. Hope this helps.

Total imbalance of bass between my left and right earbuds. Left earbud completely lacks sub-bass even after trying multiple ear tips and resetting. Tronsmart Support keeps bouncing me to the non-responsive AliExpress vendor instead of providing direct support for THEIR OWN manufacturer defect. Nightmare experience so far. Shame because I see a ton of potential in these buds... just wish they worked :(

I can only charge my tronsmart spunky pro with my charger connected , whithout It the case dont charge my earbuds, i already have issues with pairing both of my earbus, im very upset and i highly not recommend this product, the earbuds only work for 2-3 months straight after buy it, after that....
