FIX Tronsmart Spunky Pro Pairing Issue - TWS Re-Pair Factory Reset Guide

It's been a while, here's a quick video on how to factory reset the Tronsmart Spunky Pro, and I also happen to come across some failed attempts so you know when you're doing it right (or wrong). Hope this helps!

Have you seen the Baseus W04 Pro? Seems to offer dual more bluetooth if I’m not mistaken and wireless charging, usb-c etc. I just bought myself Xiaomi air 2 tempted at that baseus one at £20.

Thx for the guide. Came here after my set was suddenly turned off by themself. Found that you can reset it (ON the earbud and 4 taps) one by one.. Means that it is not compulsary to reset to factory settings by tap the left and right 4 times at the same time..

All of my acquaintances said that it's the dead end for my buds and I gave up on them but today I said to myself wtf and started to looking for the information about the hard resetting and found your video. And whoosh, a miracle happened and I ressurected my buds. Thanks a lot and god bless you!

Dear Kenneth I buy spunky beat and it's awesome the audio quality is perfect, much better than the huawei am 61 but I can't use them for calls, in the Bluetooth menu says connected (no phone) why this happens??? Can you please tell me what to do. my phone is xiaomi redmi note 3. thank you for your videos

Thank you for the instruction but i have another problem with this spunky beat pro. Do this spunky beat pro have automatic changing songs( mean that when this song is end and it will change to the next song automatically)? I can’t change to another with spunky pro😞

Hmm that feature depends on your phone, whether it will go to the next song automatically...

Press 5 swc then 4 times, then put them in and out , shake them left and right and put them in the case and out,then hold them again....🙇🙇🙇...orded a pair.....seems they only need a re-design for the button thing or a bitton on the case

I thought I've done this before, but I tried it again your way, due to my pro's having stuttering issues at least ones almost every listening session. The reset seems to have worked, but they won't TWS pair anymore now. Not yet sure how to get them to see each other again. EDIT: Fixed it by taking them out of the box and immediately tap 4 times (got that from a spunky beats reset video). Sadly connection stuttering hasn't been fixed.

Hmm actually this is what's instructed in the manual book so it's surprising to see spunky beats' reset worked haha but unfortunately stuttering won't be fixed by a reset since it's a problem of the connection itself, which as we all know, no wireless technology is perfect. My suggestion is try to restart the phone itself, and try moving to another place with less wireless interference

@@namedkenn Just in case it helps someone else: it wasn't the whole reset procedure, just the 4 taps right after taking them out the box. That fixed the lost TWS connection for some strange reason. The usual connection issues isn't due to interference, btw. I'm pretty sure of that. For some strange reason it's never problem if I have my phone initiate the connection, but whenever I have the buds do it (by taking them out), they'll stutter pretty much right away most of the time. So, I'm forced to quickly turn my phone's bluetooth on and off after I put them in and after that they're fine. It's annoying, but they're so good & comfortable that it's worth doing, even though I also have a pair of QCY's that don't have this problem at all. They're just not as comfortable. Ah well, for their price I can't really complain :)
