Which pitfalls do you see for Business Analysts?

This is up there with the most useful videos on business analysis I have ever seen!

Super relevant video for starters and even for the experienced ones out there...another mistake most BAs do is not aligning meeting participants with the expectations and agenda. This results in a lot of time wasted at the beginning of the meeting in setting the tone, and sometimes results in objectives not met, or comprehensive information not gathered. Sending the agenda beforehand aligns the stakeholders' expectations, and also gives them room to arrange/bring additional information/people to the meeting. Thanks again for your simple and yet insightful videos!
