@@malicai_7306 you just got to practice, I hurt my elbow pitching and now I get random sharp pains doing random stuff like opening doors or pushing off something when standing up

@@jordanadams7475 sounds like you have a tear...rest ice. Dont use it to do anything for a week, if not better get up vs with your primary care provider, you may need an MRI and possible surgery such as tommy john

The other day I had a high school playoff game and the opposing teams pitcher is a top 10 draft pick and consistently threw 95-96, and I’m a sophomore so I’ve never seen this type of velocity before so I tried the when In doubt load early and I was right on time and hit a double down the left field line, thank you!

Stop and breathe, get control of your heart rate...think military sniper..take control of your body..breathe deep and slow...learn to tune out things. Read a book with the t.v. on, no sound at first, then add sound reading a different book, or chapter, add sound and complexity of the book..work in your comprehension of the book, remember if you can not remember what you read then back it up and re-read.

I make up my mind to swing before the pitch is thrown, Lol, it's true, sometimes I have already made up my mind to swing in his windup, it makes you a better hitter, you are grasshopper, pitcher is windshield. I pick out a spot on the bat and focus on it, I have noticed the pros, one thing they all seem to do is read the bat at the plate, then it hit me, he isn't reading the bat he is focusing on a small spot, like a letter. Ted William's I heard said under his breath " I'm Ted Fn Williams" best Fn hitter in the American Fn league, over and over while at the plate.

I'm going to save you 15 minutes and no disrespect and everyone is different. Majority through high school don't have anything. A weak curve and a fastball. Your first pitch you see will be the best because they want to get ahead. Anything after that Look breaking balls and react to the fastball. There will be some kids who have some wicked breaking balls, adjust. The majority will be first pitch fastball throwing.
