Is easier said than done. Doing these exercises with someone who actually has the pain is different than with someone who has no pain. I can’t put both my legs straight like she did, it hurts a lot. Even sitting down for me it hurts. 😞

For the second and third exercises you say to have the legs flexed and the knees straight, but what if you cannot get into this position due to tight hamstrings? I cannot sit upright with straight legs...

I cant lay flat on my belly, its excruciating.. the muscle in my right glute has been locked up like the worst charley horse imaginable for over a week.. cant sleep, or stand up straight.. sharp stabbing burning pain that wont quit..and gets exponentially worse of a night... I would be beyond grateful for any advice.... thank you :'(

I had a bout of sciatica that lasted for five weeks. It was so bad I couldn’t get out of bed, and on the odd occasion that I DID manage to get out of bed. I couldn’t walk. I had to use a bed pan, I needed bed baths, and couldn’t sit up to eat. I’m 82years old. It was the worst pain I’d ever experienced. Consequently I’m terrified it will happen again. If it does, I’ll remember these exercises which people are saying worked for them. I thought maybe I could have an operation to fuse the discs in my back that were causing the pain, but an MRI showed that my bones are riddled with osteoporosis (the result of 25+ years of taking a small daily dose of prednisone) I was warned that prednisone would rot my bones, I didn’t expect to live this long.

Sir I have neck pain . There's a small node ( swollen node) Inside my right side of the neck.And is so painful too.I am a medicine aspirant.So I want to study continue almost 12-13 hrs as per my schedule.But i can't sit that much time now.I feel very unhealthy due to this .I go to the doctor and they are not giving a permanent answer to this. They take me a biopsy For confirming that's a tuberculosis.But the biopsy result was negative of that.Till i change my Medicine to homeopathy . The homepathic doctor provide me an oilment.It helps to make a change that the swollen was removed.But now feel again that difficulty of my neck .The node was shrinked but I can feel pain at that area .So I think it's caused by my unproper way of sleeping I mean neck twisted.So please give a solution to me .I hoping from you a neck excercise. Kindly please give me a guide .

My father aged 75, has pain almost the same the people are commenting here. Thanks first of all hellping me to understand my father's pain is sciatic pain. 1. He has pain during lifting head upward. 2. He has pain in morning left legs alone toomuch. 3. He has pain only in left leg.not in lower back side. 4. The pain releives little if walking after wake up from bed. 5. He can not bow front. Its hurting.
