Bro, how you able to punch so fast while moving your feet and body to swich between straight and hook shots, and still land strong punches is amazing. Is so hard to balance your weight correctly while trying this. If you dont have a tutorial on this already, It would be much apreciated.

Start slow, work on the technique, and just repeat the movement as much as you can so that when you start adding up speed your body know exactly what to do and you don’t have to focus on the movement itself, and then you can really focus on speed. That’s what I do when I’m learning new punch, kicks or series like that.

The fact I’m saying used to just made my productive me say some shit to the lazy me about the past 3 years. I have slacked off on my workouts. I’m ashamed now. Damn it now I gotta start utilizing my time better and getting back to endurance workouts. Well thanks a lot buddy. Now look at what ya did. Here I was being lazy finger scrolling and now you got me calling myself out. I guess I’ll say thanks though. I have been lazy lately. Hey you reading this. Now you gotta do it also. You gotta call your lazy self out and tell him he’s making excuses and that now you gotta get up and get busy. I remember my first fight. For context I am 13 now and really never understood fighting but my dad (who is fucking lethal) taught me combos when I was young. So the fight started after a boy made fun of me for having a huge scar down my left leg (it’s away now I fell of my bike when I was little) and he continued to say things like “ why is there an adidas stripe on your leg” and other annoying things. So one day as I was getting changed for PE he came behind me and dug a stapler into my leg. I yelped in pain and ran out the changing room as blood was dripping everywhere. I was so mad that the following day I went up to him and started to shout back at him naturally tho, he shouted back. After a while he got sick and pushed me with great force so I got ready in my pose and started going crazy with my combos my dad taught me. I didn’t even notice that my knuckles were bleeding because I was hitting the brick walls behind him a couple times lol. I left it with a right hook and he fell to the ground, not unconscious but in a dizzy state. I was never messed with after that and I thank my dad and mum for teaching me these life lessons. I am now revisiting boxing to keep in good form for anyone who annoys me or especially my brother (who has autism).
