I agree, it was too disturbing. Calm music however can be fine sometimes, but not in this video.

thought journaling is super useful if you take the time to grieve out how each thought makes you feel after you write it there is an end to it all… that idea no longer bothering you then you’re granted clarity as to why you felt the way you did as those emotions no longer slant your perception a book to trim your ego and face your demons with the Shadow the Void of space that is the entity you’re dumping all those unfelt feels into cause that’s what they are either yours or your ancestor’s anyway we use social media as an open Book of Shadows so we can also grieve the Ego behind nobody believing what we say it’s useful to trigger them into the sun of their Egos and for us that’s child’s play Pagan Nation here well accustomed to a crucifixion now and then cheers #2Spirit #indigenous

Maybe this'll help with my night time nightmares and stress levels, and anger. I see a counselor soon so hope I can ask her about this. I struggle with social anxiety so I over worrying allot.

I suffer from Severe anxiety , Mine is what's catagorized as " Catastrophizing" ( assuming gloom and doom all the time ) Will try what you suggested In this video , anything else to add to this that you could recommend? Thank you

Usually to walk through best, worst, and likely scenarios and plan for what you’ll do in all cases. Doing productive planning helps the person to feel more in control

I have social anxiety and I’m currently seeing a psychologist and he says I’m in my pseudo self and I should find my actual self. so is he saying that I’m faking all of my anxiety? Pls reply ur opinion

I think it is best to try CBT to tackle your anxiety.
