Cool thanks for sharing - ive always struggled with costing not just because of my own uncertainties about how best to place pricing, also because of clients with their lack of budget - i need to find more clients with larger budgets but also to get better and more confident and price proposals. By the way is that Rick Astley in your record collection - you cant beat the classic Rick!

Absolutely f**kin love the way you think through/present your ideas, very helpful and practical for me to recreate and implement, literally in the middle of pricing some offers for a possible long-term return buyer as we speak, thanks Brian + Love the podcast.
