@Peter Hedlöf Hi Peter , and good morning where ever you are. The "good "are trying to gain acceptance (which is already theirs from Birth ,) and the Bad are just in as much Ignorance of what is already theirs from birth as well. . The Truth does not need any props to BE the truth , but Lies need continued support ". IF we knew the Depth and Height and Width of our Birthrights , a sense of calm and Peace comes to gird up our hearts and minds and the result is Stability. Nothing comes that can move you from that which you embody. It is incredible strength without violence. I love it. We are ALL of Value that has been suppressed too long, and like a spring that is pushed down , the energy when it is released will be something to see !

It has some extremely pertinent information which shows that there is an order to the Universe and that it is an extremely accurate and informative Source that can be relied upon. 1 hour and 7 minutes long . Have a look with a friend and see. No one throwing dice . It is an orderly , time d , and planned event. Enjoy !

3 steps are: 1. Becoming aware of the 'indifferent': indifferent basically refers to wealth, material possession and all those things which will not give a lasting pleasure. In stoic terms anything which is neither a virtue nor a vice is indifferent and at the end of the day it is useless to attach ourselves to this indifferents. 2. Remember the impermanence: Nothing is permanent in this world so you shouldn't hold on to things. 3. Live in the present moment: The only time that you can have worry about is this moment. Worrying about what's gone or what will come will suffice nothing and will only cause you deeper troubles.

Yeah, although thinking about the past may not be a total waste of time if we are able to derive lessons from it. So long as we can learn from our mistakes, and look at it positively as “experience” and “a lesson learned,” it’ll be easier to let bygones be bygones. But yeah, I totally agree it’s a waste wishing to go back and change things-it’d be better to change your present situation since that’s something we actually have control over. Not total control, realistically speaking, but we can at least try.

You don't own or have anyone, nor others do you. Your parents aren't yours and you aren't your parents'. In fact even our bodies aren't ours. We have limited time, with a borrowed body, using borrowed matter (earth, air, water) to live a temporary life. Once you see everything from this perspective you'd understand the insanity of attachment to any aspect of life.
@Saber23
@Saber23 4 жыл бұрын
Admiral Ackbar by that logic nothing should have rights either as it simply means nothing is owned or should be guarded this type of absolute nihilism is the reason there are so many suicides and mass murders thinking your life is worthless with no meaning and wanting to spread that death and poison to others and I looked on your channel considering your subscribed to so many asmr channels I think your looking for stimulation to fill a void in your life either that or you just weird
@xFlared
@xFlared 4 жыл бұрын
@@Saber23 Murder, war, hate and suffering are side effects of attachment. What does "not having rights" mean. It means someone is imposing their will or authority over you. That's a form of oppressive attachment. Similar to how insecure husband beats his wife because of suspicions, or how an Indian father beats his daughter because he' found out shes dating a low class and bringing shame. Detachment and letting go is the ultimate form of love and peace. It means live and let live. Attachment ultimately is you identifying yourself with another object, person or an idea. And whenever that object, person or idea violates "your agenda" you take it personal because it's part of you, immediately impacting your emotions, causing cognitive dissonance, instability, hate, rage, and in the end violence.
@FIt-yh8bt
@FIt-yh8bt 4 жыл бұрын
@@xFlared How can you love someone without getting attached? Meaning, when they're gone, how can you live with the grief?
@xFlared
@xFlared 4 жыл бұрын
@@FIt-yh8bt It's okay to feel the feeling of attachment when a relationship is intact, but you need to identify the feeling and refrain from it being expressed too aggressively. Because that's what it is. Excessive attachment is in fact aggression towards another caused by inner insecurities. You also need to consciously remind yourself that it's a temporary affair. You're borrowing this moment with another, and eventually it will end. Either through death or through a breakup. With this mindset you'll be able to truly have a relationship free of insecurities and tension. Without being in constant anxiety of whether he or she is "cheating" or about to leave you. True love also comes first and foremost from self respect and individuality. Many people give up a lot in life to be with another, in process losing their identity, which naturally causes the partner to see that and lose attraction to your "original" powerful self. This is why there are so many breakups, because ultimately one of the parties gives up their identity. This is why relationships are a good test of composure, and have a lot to teach when it comes to the issue of "attachment suffering". Also regarding the feelings of "grief, sadness, jealousy and frustration". They naturally will happen but once again you can't attach yourself with these emotions. Just like bad weather they will come and pass. These emotions are not you and you don't own them. So in an essence you should be thankful to even have these in the first place because they give clear contrast to the "good feelings". Happiness, love, excitement, etc. Feeling loss and grief gives contrast to birth or finding love. We need to respect the former to understand the latter.
@JosepCastellsera

I would switch the concept of letting go in favor of accepting because letting go implies that the subject can have some sort of control of when to stop holding something. But perhaps it may not happen immediately. By contrast, accepting things as they are implies no active action. For acceptance is constant.

General Waste to say it sucks is an understatement, at first. But today i don’t feel as bad as I did before. Instead of overthinking and pitying myself I’m trying to improve, and apply what I’ve learned and make myself better. I’ve realized that there is no point in making myself suffer over something I had no control over. So I’m trying to let go, and starting to grasp on to new things. I’ve started reading more, meditating, making art, going out for runs. I want to be better. Not for her, but for me. I still think about her a lot, but I know there’s no point in wasting energy on what is long lost. So I will spend it building, loving, and living a life of virtue and purpose. An excellent one. Upon further thought, this one is huge...simple, but rather daunting at the same time. Marcus said he will meet with petty, sometimes evil people, but he had to navigate thru their issues to get to what he needed to do to rule an empire....quite a feat, to consider. Thanks, again.

I was lying in my bed experiencing consternation about my own personal timeline. "How did I get here from there?" "There" being when I was born--66 years ago, which seems like such a long time, to Now which is already gone as this was at least an hour ago. This video--and I watch your videos routinely--helps me so much! It gives my somewhat troubled mind clarity and understanding. Thank you!

Sir, I truely absolutely love your videos and the fact that you dig deep into such texts and manuscripts, that may otherwise be so hard to find. Love you research and work that you put into. JUST ONE REQUEST : Please ADD A SUMMARY at the end consisting of PRACTICALISED STEPS, so we can imply these philosophies

The best way of letting go is to understand that life itself is a temporary experience allowing us to become immersed in a series of smaller experiences. When it is time for both the smaller experiences and the large one called life to end, the Universe will let us know. Accept it and move on so you are emotionally able to engage in the next one.
