My .02¢: I can teach/train them to do the job. I can’t teach them to be passionate. I can’t teach them to care. I can’t teach them to be responsible. I can’t teach them to be respectful. I can’t teach them to be loyal. I look for people who hold the qualities that I can’t teach. The rest is easy (in the big picture).
