Hi! I can understand everything you say!. Can you please tell me if I can set a CIC for making a business to compete with foreing companies that takes money out of the country and also they charge too much?. I want to buy one of your plans but first I need to know if I can create a CIC or maybe a limited company. Cheers!

No just one but all need equal voting rights

Can I pay myself a wage? I’m struggling with doing a voluntary constitution. I’m working full time for free and it’s killing me off. Also can my step dad (same surname) be a director? Because he’s really good at this stuff but I was told we couldn’t get grants because we have the same surname?

He’s classed as a related person he can be a director but you will need another unrelated. Two unrelated people need to be on bank and sign forms. Yes you can pay yourself a wage if your delivering work. See my video on paying yourself 🫶🏼

Two unrelated people to sign the lotto grant yes. You can have relatives on the cic as well but two related people can’t sign

It’s ok to set up as you and you can do community work but grant funding will require 2-3 unrelated directors 🫶🏼

At least two unrelated sometimes three unrelated is needed 🫶🏼

Yes you can use a virtual company at a fairly low cost. Or if you have a friend with a business you could ask them 🫶🏼
