We know that one of the ways we add value as a business analyst is through reducing rework and requirements churn. We get everyone on the same page about what DONE means, and minimize unnecessary requirements changes.
What do we do if stakeholders keep changing their requirements? How can we ever be done? And how can we ensure we are maximizing the return on investment for our projects?

After watching this, I intend to walk the client through my flowcharts and data models to ensure they understand what they have asked for. They aren't always clear on what they really need :)

Can you please tell me what are the requirements for BA.i am MBA hr/ marketing.i don’t have any knowledge in IT.just know the basic that’s it. And I am a bit shy in nature. Currently I am jobless.so could you please tell me what I learn and which certification to get to start in this field.

But I have a huge gap now. Like 7 years. I am bit introvert, and shy. I worked in banking.after my graduation.now when I see the requirements even for entry level.. I am losing confidence. Because they demand more.. so I never applied for anything.also I am not so good in language.i am from Asia.migrated few years back.. so I think for a fresh start I need to start study to gain knowledge and confidence.right now I don’t know what to choose.what to learn.
