It has really very little to do with what exercises you're doing and more how you're doing them. The only biceps exercise I ever do on a regular basis is dumbbell biceps curls... nothing fancy. This video may give you some insight: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/gq2diKyq0trKXYE.html

Hello sir I hope you could help me with my suffering, so Ive been playing some badminton with my friends but suddenly the side of my thigh up to the knee begins to hurt and It feels like an electric type cramp or something I couldnt help by laying down due to the pain. 1month and 3 weeks later I notice I cannot lift my leg when I put shorts on and I notice that my thigh is smaller than my right thigh its uneven I am very worried and I hope you could help me by suggesting some exercises. I've been to an ortho doctor with my parents and they said its just an normal overstretch muscle but we cannot pay for therapy so please help me, the only thing that keeps me going are pain relievers.

I can't tell you exactly what to do, but it does sound like possibly more than a normal, overstretched muscle. It's important that you follow up with your doctor and/or get a few therapy sessions just to have it evaluated and learn what to do. A lot of people have the misconception that you have to go to (and pay for) 2-3 therapy sessions per week for 2-3 months. In reality, if you find a good PT, even 1-2 visits to learn the right things to do can make a big difference.
