Did not know about freezing. I was bouncing all my midi tracks into audio and essentially 'flattening the layers' ((destructive editing)) to save space. So helpful! Thank you! SUBSCRIBED :)

And I use for production logic and plan to shift mix in Luna it’s worth for good result or logic x is ok for mix too kindly answer

Great question! For the last six months I was using LUNA but started having some issues. Check out some of the videos I posted on it. I have since switched backed to logic for everything including mixing. LUNA is definitely fun and you should give it a try. But for me it was not as stable as logic.

m1 users need to see this thanks for looking out lol I watched a whole lesson on this other youtber talking about going thro my 8 cores and how you have to split the cores in half cuz one half slower than the other lol all I had to do is freeze the track like I do on the iOS daws!

At 1:59 in, what if you're not seeing it spiking at all and it never goes above 25% or so? And I rarely have over 4 or 5 tracks with minimal plugins. I'm on a 2021 M1 iMac 24"

@@TC_Conner possibly your disk? I would check your activity monitor when it happens to see what is being over utilized.

@@jppizzlegaming Way ahead of ya, already checked AM whilst working in LPX, after LP froze and the error came up, my AM did not show anything in the red. Perhaps I don't know what to look for on the AM.

I am having some trouble with my midi playing too early. It’s just midi with a Serum synth. All my other tracks are in time, project is small/medium ish with a good amount of plugins. But any new track I add now has this syncing issue. Do you have any advice? I’ve tried so many things: changing buffer size, low latency mode, freezing tracks but nothing works

I literally use 6 daws and logic and protools are the only two that can’t handle medium sessions without overloading… my Mac has a decent amount of resources as well but none of my other daws have near the amount of overloading problems that these two do.

Just terrible because I really like Logic but my 2014 iMac is slow now. I use to produce and mix and master with ease. After Catalina update in 2020, fughettaboutit. Disk slow error. It’s why Im using Harrison Mxbus 32c now because I can’t afford an M1 iMac right now.

@@HomeRecordingNetwork I'm still trying to milk my 2014 IMac as much as I can. Eventuality I do want a M1 IMac with Logic. Mixing in Logic is such a joy. Mixbus32c is cool too.
