@@blkeclipsel2400 Necessarily no, see a not all but a very overwhelming impressive amount of bw have a reliance on not taking care of their hair and replacing hair care with wig, weave care and most of the time badly done overtightend braids. Another method, which I use to grows my hair is to directly apply aloe vera gel (natural plant) on your scalp, but makes sure to part your hair in section. My hair is way softer, thicker & longer, also works well for bald spots. Don't expect miracles over night or a month, but be patient and you will see the growth.

I'm glad you showed this way of making the oil. I saw a lot of people using the direct heat way and logically something told me that that cannot be the best way. It's actually recommended to infuse it by using the oil and aloe vera, putting it in a container or mason jar for a few weeks. I don't have that long to wait so I'm glad you showed this way. @@EmpatheticEmpress I credit it to him seemingly still learning about ethnic hair. When I heard him say that I was like, there most certainly is! I think he truly just doesn't know better, our hair is not his specialty but I'm pleased when he seems open to learning

Monet I think he meant 4c waist length hair in its natural state. Her hair is waist length but it appears to be shoulders length due to the shrinkage. Idk tho.

Thank you very much for your informative videos. I started my natural hair journey together with my daughter a few months ago as a novice. I have seen a lot of confusing videos in KZfaq, tried many methods, have seen some improvement. Your videos however are very explicit and I will definitely try one of the aloevera method you described. Thank you and keep up.

I love aloe and the other ingredients you're using, they are all very natural and agreeable for the hair. I suggest keeping the mixture in the refrigerator if you have any leftover, because natural aloe vera like that does not like to be left out at room temp. It will begin to go bad.

I ADD A LITTLE BIT OF TEA TREE OIL TO MINE THEN FREEZE IT SO IT DOESN'T GO BAD. IT THAWS VERY QUICKLY WHEN NEEDED. 😊

4c hair has like an awkward stage, in my opinion (I have 4c hair). The awkward stage looks a lot less bad when your hair is healthy though. However, luckily I'm past the awkward stage. Still, that shrinkage is real. I used to hate my hair and wish that I had hair like mixed women did, but now I sincerely think that type 4 hair (all type 4) is the best hair to have. I wouldn't switch my hair at all.

I have 4c grade hair. I always loved it but probably because I'm a guy and I used to wear braids back in the bone thugs and harmony era. I'm now rocking locs and it's the best grade of hair for them. My locs are thick and pitch black.

I cut my hair two weeks ago and it's already growing back super fast. My hair grows back fast anyways. I already had that kinky hair, even with I had process and relaxed my hair, I still had that nice curl pattern. I wanted to try something different and here it is, chopped off. I use aloe vera, honey, Jamaican Castor Oil, and olive oil. I had to experiment with different hair products. What works for you doesn't mean it going to work for everyone else. And I make sure to massage my hair every night also, it helps stimulate hair growth also.
