WBA might not be great, but its a heck of a lot better than any of the companies in the video. There is at least hope for WBA to claw itself out of the hole it is in. These companies by comparison are on life support and have basically no hope of staying alive. WBA has hope though, it can close some stores and increase profitability. It will take time, but it has a plan. I'm not invested in WBA personally. But i have previously considered a position in it so I'm pretty familiar with it. It really is a decent company being pulled down by only a few bad things. The CEO has already called out those underperforming stores (98% of total revenue comes from 2/3 of their stores, which means 1/3 of the stores are dead weight just pulling the company down), and once they close those the profitability will return. It has brand recognition and good locations. It's not the best investment in the world, but you can do a whole lot worse (see the companies in this video). I don't know how deep you are in your position with WBA, but if you are deep I would probably just collect the dividend and weather the storm. It might take a few years, but it should bounce back.

I'm not sure actually...I've never looked into the company. I tend to stay away from auto manufacturers

Car stocks behave like mining stocks. High yields; but very cyclical as they are very dependent on the current economic cycle we are in. Right now, with the high inflation environment, sales numbers are down 10-20%, hence most car stocks plummeted. My Stellantis stocks went down nearly 30% in the past 3 months 😅 and before that I was 80% up. TLDR: You need a strong stomach to invest into car stocks, but they pay off in the long term. Just make sure to buy low.

I think it is quite solid - potential of big growths on yields deffo can keep payments up for future ahead, ROE is 15%, Operating Margains of 5% not bad, P/B, P/S and P/cf is all positive and below average meaning undervaled!

Yes…many REITs are still able to continue growing their dividends though. ARR is a notorious dividend cutter.
