Of all the patrol bases occupied by UK forces in Afghanistan there is one that literally stands above the rest.
Built on a clifftop, OP Sterga is one of the British Army's observation posts in Helmand with views right across the green zone.
Simon Newton joined Somme Company 3 YORKS on a dawn patrol.
