Honestly, this generation has been great, and its been largely because of Game Pass. That subscription has saved me so much money. It has also introduced me to some amazing games that I otherwise never would've played. Yeah, it kinda sucks having to wait a year or so for the games I want play to get there, and sometimes I do cave in, but for the most part I'm good with waiting. All the good games make their way there in due time.

You’re right about hellblade 2 being insanely short for the 10 years it took them to make it but out of the countless single player games I’ve completed it may be my favorite. It was honestly a beautiful experience and it’s the only game I honestly catch myself daydreaming about even after finishing it

Uh...ten years? Hellblade 2 was announced in December, 2019. And the game's director recently said that when the game was announced, they hadn't begun development.

And I thought it was only me! Who started day dreaming about the game, after it was finished! The menu ost initially didn’t feel much, but after finishing the game! That menu ost suddenly is amazing I kept listening to it in the loop!

@@CJDoggg00also, as far as I remember, before 2010 most of single player games were around 6- 10 hours, that was the standard back in the days! I could finish a lot of games and still have time for other more games! But now all those long hour games are never finished!

I played it when it launched back on Google Stadia when it was exclusive and it was great! It's a mix of third person shooter and tower defense and definitely gets intense
