Welcome to Mat Pilates with Katie KZfaq channel. Here you will find various Mat Pilates videos from 10 min arms, 10 min butt and some classic Mat Pilates sessions. I am a Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor and have been teaching for 20 years. My first love is Mat Pilates. I modify the exercises as needed for those clients that can't get on the ground or have some physical impairment.
Pilates is a great way to build strength, flexibility, improve balance and improve breathing. It is non-impact, gentle and easy on the body, but will really get you back in the game of life. Enjoy
