The yellow and blue wires are called PWM wires (Pulse width modulation) meaning you are capable of precisely controlling the fan rpm via a pwm fan controller. You can get small PCBs that have built in features such as PWM paired with temperature sensors that you can wire to your coolant for a fully automatic system.

How does the switch connect to the fan and the battery? You say to add a fuse, which size and where do you put the fuse, I see 2 of them, does it go from switch to the pos or neg?
