Whoop, whoop, das hat echt schön gebrannt im Po. 🔥🔥🔥 Ich finde das Miniband wird so unterschätzt. Danke, dass du ihm ein Workout gewitmet hast. Ich fand es mega, auch wenn man im Urlaub oder unterwegs nicht viel Equipment hat, so ein Band kann man immer in die Tasche packen und kann trotzdem hart trainieren. Ich spür meinen Po mega 😜
