Build strength with this full body barbell and dumbbell combo workout. This is a 30 minute follow along workout using a barbell and one pair of dumbbells to develop functional strength. You can follow along at home in your garage gym.
The workout supersets between compound barbell exercises and dumbbell exercises giving you an effective and efficient full body workout.

No probs, tried to include a few workouts without lunges lately. Going to be hard when it’s a full leg session though!

That's great Tom. Thanks for sharing! I just wanted to ask how to determine the appropriate weight for each workout. Sorry for the silly question but I haven't done weights before.

I think it would have be a lot easier on upper body using squat stands as having to get barbell into position uses a lot of energy. 👍🏼💪🏼
