I so appreciate you, Schellea!! I hope you know what a beautiful soul you are and how you have motivated many of us to stay fit and healthy and have that mind-body balance. I am 57 years old and worked out really hard in my 40s but then I turn 50 and my body rebelled and your workouts really help me. Although there are others on KZfaq, I always favour your workouts, because of the overall content and feel good messaging. Keep doing what you’re doing! And I agree more of these weight training longer videos would be fantastic. Absolutely wonderful and challenging in a good way!!🎉

Love this workout. I have been doing other osteoporosis exercise programs but really like this one best so far. Love the instruction and no talking while completing each exercise. Love the music selection. Like that there is enough time between each exercise to adjust weight, etc. Thanks
