Are you ready for the long-awaited NEW 30 Min FULL BODY RESISTANCE BAND WORKOUT? ✨🙌🏼
Using resistance bands can be incredibly beneficial, especially when you’re on the go and don't have any weights. We always carry a set of bands with us when traveling for example.
With a variety of resistance bands available in different levels, you can experiment with various hand positions to optimize resistance for each exercise.
This workout includes different exercises with repetitions to achieve maximum effectiveness.
So, get yourself ready and crush it, team! 💥
Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. 🤍
▸ time: 30 Min + warm up & cool down on top
▸ equipment: long resistance band (I use 2 with different strength level for your reference), a mat is recommended

Today I planned to do one of your older workout with resistance band and I was so excited when I saw that you are actually posting a new one! Such a great coincidance 😊😊 I am going to do your other resistance band workouts too of course, but just some other time. This workout was amazing- I like that we basically had to do every exercise twice and I love the idea of that dynamic finisher! Thank you for all these wonderful workouts! Done! Tip: I only had short resistance bands. I tied two of them together to make a longer one. Worked fine! Just have to find a way to untie them now 😂

Great workout! I have severe back and knee issues from overuse of working out hard for 35 years. I can no longer do compound movements with heavy weights for legs. I use moderate for upper body. Question: If I use only bands and body weight will I be able to keep the muscle I have ? Thank you.💞

Amazing workout, I’ve always looked down on bands thinking it was weaker than dumbbells, then having you popping a workout with bands made me want to give it a try… and wow, the range of difficulty one band can provide is amazing. I’m thinking getting some on my own for when I travel since it is really compact and easy to carry around! Do you have any brand recommendations? Also, I love the fact that you film yourself in different angles, it allowed me to better understand the movements and as a band newbie, how to place the band for the desired effect. Bisous 🔥💪

Good idea, but some movements are super painful & uncomfortable. Tried to put a towel under the band, still not worth it 😅

This is a very interesting workout. I came in without preparing the right strength of bands. End up I didn't fully enjoyed it and stopped halfway. I will come back to this next more prepared.
