Follow along with this landmine leg workout designed to develop functional strength. For this workout you need a T bar attachment (also known as landmine attachment), a barbell and plates.
The T Bar is great for functional training allowing for multi directional movements and challenges your core strength throughout. This landmine workout contains the best lower body T bar exercises you can do at home or in the gym. These landmine leg exercises include the landmine hack squat, landmine clean, landmine front squat and more.

Hello great video. Does it make a difference if you have a long barbell where the weight is closer to your hands or if you have a short barbell (150cm) with an extension where the weight is inevitably further in the middle? THX

Yes shorter barbells would need more plates on end relative to longer ones. Doesn’t change much how you do the workout but just adjust to a weight that feels challenging.

I have been a bodybuilder since age 14. I am 58 not and experiencing shoulder tendonitis. I am doing PT for my shoulders and just started doing Landmine exercises. However, my barbell is 7ft long and 45 lbs. I found a 6ft barbell that only weighs 15 lbs which may be good for me as I am doing rehab. Can you do Landmine workouts with a 6ft barbell, or does it have be 7ft? What is the minimum length of barbell for Landmine workouts?

Doesn’t matter what length you use, you can always add more or less plates onto the end of the bar.
