Enjoy a combined Cardio and Toning workout for the entire body 😉
There have already been several routines under this name on the channel, where we have focused on different parts of the body. This time, it’s for the whole body, including combined exercises for arms, legs, and abdomen.
This training modality, called WALK & TONE, also has the options of RUN & TONE, and if we add TALK, we complete the description of the routine 🗣😄.
It combines toning exercises with active rests, which are powerful marches that we can consider cardiovascular work.
This routine includes both options, with and without impact, allowing you to choose the one you prefer 😉
For this routine, I will use 5 and 7.5-kilogram dumbbells. You can increase or decrease the weight based on your current fitness level, but I do recommend using weight to feel the work. Otherwise, it would be too gentle. I will also use ankle weights.
