Join me for an upper body and abs focused walking workout to burn calories, help you reach your daily step count goal, strengthen your arms and flatten your belly. In this walking workout I am using a set of 1kg dumbbells but a pair of water bottles will work just as well.

I took a week off, so this light workout was perfect for easing back into it. Thank you, Olivia. And I like the vertical progress bar that you are using. It's much easier to gauage a bar that moves up the screen than one that moves horizontally along the bottom.

Olivia, thank you much for the videos. I have been working out with your videos for several months, and I am happy say that I can see my arms and legs getting toned. My belly is much smaller. I had not worked out for about 2 years and I have lost 10 lbs. You are awesome!!!!!

I was disturbed three times during this workout with phone calls and parcels been delivered, but got through in the end. Great workout with the hand weights hope you have a relaxing Easter❤

Glad you got through it amidst the interruptions. That's why I work out late at night - no phone calls, no one calling mommy etc.
