I started this workout 4 weeks ago, doing it everyday, alongside eating healthy etc. I’ve gone from size 38 bra down to size 34 and lost 2 inches from around the tops of my arms & lost a lot of back fat, not to mention a noticeable difference around my neck, shoulders!! Highly recommend this workout but I agree the music is annoying in the video lol so I mute it and workout to my own music!! Thank you @MIZILEE

I hate my arms, I hope this workout helps me 👀 Left arm: 31 cm Right arm: 34 cm Day 1: done with 3 other workouts 👍 Day 2: done with 3 other workouts Day 3: done with 3 other wokouts + swimming Day 4: Done with 3 other workouts Day 5: done with 3 other workouts Day6: done with 3 other workouts Day 7: done with 3 other workouts After one week of training, I don't see a difference, my arms look the same, but they are definitely more firm. Day 8: done with 3 other workouts Day 9: done with 3 other workouts Day 10: done with 3 other workouts

I just wanna say that your exercise is not exhausting at all for a sedentary student like me! I love how you build your exercise while our muscles can relax in some of the exercises! I hurt my knees last month and cannot do cardio and most lower body exercises. But I can do your upper body workouts, so I get my heart rate and I'm toning. I already loved your videos but now they're a life saver for my fitness goals while recovering from my injuries.

Definitely works! been doing for two weeks and the fat creases in my back have disappeared. still working on the armpit fat but it's definitely improving as well!

​@@SwathiD-ks4hr I guess it will depend on you, if you're not used to workout a lot start by doing it just 1 time a day or maybe 2 or 3 times per week, eventually you will do it as many times as you want. I recommend that if you're not sure, do it 3 times per week along with other workouts.

thank you so much Mizi . I am enjoying your workouts too much and after doing these workouts I felt my arms very heavy but after few minutes it were relaxed automatically. Hope your workouts will bring my arms in a very good shape and I will be wearing my favourite sleeveless and backless dresses .

I’m on my 3rd week with this back fat exercise! I’ve been meaning to read some of the comments, & I’m happy to hear others are getting results!
