I’ve been doing this for 2 months and it’s amazing. I love the fact that you include the warmups so I don’t have to go to another source for that. I would like to see your cooldowns as well. One piece of feedback is it would be easier to follow if you had the next exercise on loop in the corner during the rest periods. 5 seconds can be a pretty short time to watch it, comprehend it, set up, then start especially when you’re getting tired and your brain isn’t as sharp. Haha. All around, thanks for posting this

I REALLY appreciate this workout! I am unable to use my knees right now while working out. This is the perfect alternative to getting a full upper body workout. I plan on doing it 4xs a week until I recover! :)

@@mohamedabdi5196 I was just kidding but I’ve been doing it for 1 month so let’s see. For the first two exercises I have heavier weights. So think about using 2 or 3 different weights during the exercise or do advanced for some and not others. Keep challenging yourself and you will see gains.

In the beginning i thought the workout was weak, i was doing more reps and resting less...in the end i could barely finish a set, my arms and shoulders were screaming...it definitely hurt alright so i know for sure it worked. Thank you👌

Loved this! Great work out and video. As a beginner I found it had a nice pace, like the two reps then pause technique and the split screen is great idea! One question - is the swaying jig during breaks part of the workout? 😜😎

Can anyone tell me good weights for a beginner? Been doing cross fit 3 times a week for 2 months now, and just started home workouts in between. Used 5kg dumbells for this workout and found it reasonable, not too hard though. Should I be upping my weights or is the idea keep going first? Not sure how much to push myself.
