Awesome workout 🙋🏻‍♀️ Thank you for all of your workouts! I have multiple sclerosis and I had one neurologist tell me that I will inevitably end up in a wheelchair and ever since then I’ve set out to prove her wrong by doing daily resistance training, running and adopting a ketogenic lifestyle/diet. I refuse to get on the meds as I believe in mind over matter and I’m getting physically, mentally and spiritually stronger every day thanks to your workouts. I know I’m rambling but that’s just the post workout high LOL😅. Thank you guys again for this amazing channel and these amazing workouts. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I recently moved to a building that their gym only has a matt, dumbbells and a few very basic machines. So, I turned to your dumbbell workouts changing them up and staying consistent. Good video. I've been doing incremental gains 5x5 on squat, dead, bench, row and OHP for about 8 months. Seeing lots of gains but i feel like I'm not hitting so much upper body in the meantime. Adding this routine in 2x a week. I expect I'll see lots of results. Thanks for the video

@@rarmihai Feeling good man. Seeing definitions in my arms not so much in the chest area yet but feels like im going the right direction. Definitely losing fat in my stomach with all the workout. Overall my body feels better. I dont feel sore anymore when I do physical activities (playing basketball etc.) Not as consistent as I want to be with the workouts but yeah I feel good man. Im doing his 6 week shred program that's in his youtube.

Hi there! Love your workouts. Been doing them consistently for 6 months now and I don't ever see a need to go back to a gym- I get WAY better results from your videos than 2 hours in a gym! Question for you: where did you get the "workout bench" block in your video? Cheers!
