Thank you. I have used this many times for my own stretch but also for class inspiration. I am a fitness instructor in the UK, specialising in Pilates. I love the style of this instructor; her manner, techniques, explanations as well as her amazing physique! Truly inspirational.

I'm a member of GL, and we formed a Sunday class after losing our amazing Core instructor to another gym, we decided to continue, our Sunday sessions start with your (Mo Hagan's Awesome Abs 30 min virtual video, I noticed you have uploaded 15 min version of it, I think 30 min of core is more effective. Would you be kind enough to upload 30 min video either to GL members site or here? We absolutely love Mo's instructions and style, very clear and concise, with correct technique is explained, and intensity/speed is perfect. 3D Breathing is very important to destress even to release back tension, thank you for incorporating it in this stretch session.

It was great , only thing I would recommend is I could not see most of your pose properly the video was in a different angle . Wide angle is better and if you could go slow easy to catch for beginners.

How come good life fitness does not have identical class in normal days; Most of the instructors are not as good as this person. it makes me feel fortunate I am here momentarily but sadly do not have a person with the same quality in my location.
