This upper body workout is done in a triset format and targets the biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders and back in around 30 minutes.

✨ THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Upper Body Dumbbell Workout (Trisets)✨
►EQUIPMENT: Medium to heavy set of dumbbells (8-25 lbs). We're using 10, 15 and 20 lb dumbbells.

►INSTRUCTIONS:
✔️2 Triset Circuits
✔️3 Arm Exercises Per Triset
✔️Perform each exercise for 40 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest.
✔️Repeat each Triset x 3 sets
►Workout Outline:
1️⃣ TRISET ONE: PUSH
1. Dumbbell Chest Press
2. Kneeling Single Arm Shoulder Press
3. Quad Single Arm Tricep Kickback
2️⃣ TRISET 2: PULL
1. Single Arm Back Row
2. Flip Grip Bicep Curls
3. Stack on Narrow Row + Hammer Curl
