Did this ab workout this morning, after a yoga flow/stretch workout!!! This was really good and it’s just the right amount of time! That first move was more challenging than it looks!

came back and did this 3 months later at 36 weeks post partum... and I remember it being so much harder, so im so encouraged that by doing your workouts consistently ive gotten so much stronger!

I would recommend reducing your range of motion and slowing down to focus on your core!

Lindsey I found other great 10 minute cardio 🥵🥵 is my finisher 😮💨🔥 after weight training. I’m 45 after 4 kids the last 2 twins full size, I have been postpartum for 8 years now, I couldn’t star working out until 3 years ago, I been struggling with weight loss 😢 I didn’t know I had 5 Fingers DR 😟 I finally got to 2 fingers 🤗. I’m glad I found your channel and 10 minutes cardio I been doing them for one week after weight training and can I just say I just feel the difference now. Short but very effective it. 😮💨😮💨 thank you so much 🙏🏼

Hey great workout! I am David, a 20 year old guy. But the problem with your workout is that I don't have the power to lift the weights you use. I barely lift 15 lb and I don't have the strength to lift more. What am I supposed to do?

Loved this! Honestly wanted to keep going! Loved move 1, was scared of move 2 but was able to follow Lindsey push ups from knees tho! Not a fan of side planks but they are getting easier, loved the last 2 moves too!

Doing all the glute bridges single leg for the first time today was the boost I needed for the day! 6 month old baby isn't sleeping well lately and really haven't had much energy to workout but glad I pushed play today! I've just been repeating stronger 25 for close to 3 months now! Definitely feeling stronger each time
