spend a realistic work day in my life as a Business Analyst in nyc. I mainly work remotely and go to the office once a week. In this (regular) work day vlog, spend a day with me trying to set a new morning routine (6:30 am class!!! who am I??), working my corporate job, talking about work from home tips, living alone in nyc and running errands.

I appreciate that you're open to showing us the little frustrating things that go wrong during a regular day like dropping things or finding out the meat hasn't fully defrosted; it's kind of reassuring to be reminded that we're all just trying our best each day. When you put your products on your neck & chest, always make sure to "sweep" the cream upwards, not down. From your chest upwards..... a little trick a facialist taught me years ago & has really benefited me! : )

I know you feel like sharing work vlogs may be boring, but as I have a job that’s similar to yours in terms of just sitting down in front of a computer most of the day, it’s nice to see how you organise your life around that, what you cook and what activities you do, it encourages me to be more active and reminds me that I’m not alone!

I have ADHD and yes body doubling is so helpful and a useful tool. Whenever I am talking on the phone with a family or friend I clean up and do task. I am going to try doing it on my tv. This is so helpful.

I love that you're making dinner at 9PM :) JUST LIKE ME! HA! I am also 34 years old, and I have quit trying to make myself a morning person. Working from home helps with that. I'm embracing my night owl nature, but waking up at 6 to take my daughter to school SUCKS! Oh my! I'm glad that the jerky was a dog treat and not some hideous trendy new snack 😳 I'm curious as to whether your night owl habits fit with the company you work for- i.e is it in different parts of the country? Do you not fancy going into the office more tham once a week?

My work hours follows the same time zone (EST). We have an offshore team and we meet with them at 9 am or 10 am. Pre pandemic, I hated working from home and used to go to the office 5 days. But now things have changed. I prefer working from home and I don’t mind going to the office 1 or 2 days a week. It’s a great way to break the week and interact with my coworkers

I would love to know what the average income range is for the kind of job you do. I’m interested in trying to figure out what kind of salary is needed for the kind of apartments you are looking at so I can get an idea of what is accepted when you apply for apartments 😊

Heyyy!!! My desk is from Flexispot. It is their Comhar All in One Standing Desk (Glass Top)- bit.ly/3JEH86M I bought it a year ago during Black Friday (got it during sale) and recommend it!!! It’s pricey compared to other standing desks so definitely keep an eye out for discounts 💗💗💗
