History repeats itself. Harshad Mehta -Stock Market - Prime minister... Now what is going to happen let us see.. Stock Market is carrying high energy of people.. Normally when someone think about huge benefit from Stock Market it will wipe out the Capital Completely.. Even if they are traders or Politicians not different. Now Single Party Majority is not in Parliament. Govt. be carefull before taking any such decision.

If Govt. has really concern on retail traders obviously they should stop daily expiries. secondly, they should bring some benchmark set for entry into f&O segment.if less participation of retail traders who will be the scapegoat for loss. Taking harsh decisions against retail traders revenue impact to brokers & exchanges.enf of the day all will suffer.. life will be tough in india if are average middy class people.Adverse impact to BJP then we don't have any option left to choose only great Mr. Ghandi.

Every trader who is trading knows the risks and rewards. Nobody is forcing them. Even in other countries too many traders make losses and gains too. Indian govt is over reacting.

Government is received more than 25000 crore from STT . If all F&O participate Move to pure equity then their revenue will jump to multifold times. If they are really concerned about retail investors then they should make equity trading STT free.

I am agreed with government 30% tax plan Because as we knows now 90% option traders loosing money so first priority is to save them If this will implement then chances are high that these 90% loosing traders will leave market first

Taxes are increasing. SEBI is generating good revenue. Demand is at an all time high, no question of removing any derivative. Has tobacco been banned ? You will know the answer if you understand the mechanism of this.

My view:- 1. If we are profit in equity intraday segment upto 6months or 1year then only you are able activate FnO segment. 2. If we lose capital more 50% , then account will be freeze for 3-6months.

If govt want some extra income it can be charged from broker houses from brokerage money Second thing every new trader must have to see some videos issued by sebi which should be made available on broker app at the time of f&o activation those videos cant be skipped.... After that there should be a exam of that trader what he have learnt from those videos Third there should be a limit on capital on the basis of income certificate. This could be a particular percentage of his income. Lets say 50% of his income can be used in f&o segment. For example if a person earns 100 rs annual than he can trade with 50 rs only in f&o it doesnt matter how much capital he had in his account. This restriction should be till when he gets 20 or 30% profit on his 50% capital only after that he can increase his capital

If Govt is really serious about 90% traders who lose money in FNO then implementing risk management tools at broker's end is the best solution... This us how prop desk are being operated. This is how big players protect their money.. if it's get implemented for retail trader then I am sure retail traders will also make profit....
