Hey James, Im a 21 year old guy and like as of February found out what a toner really is, but now I am obsessed with skin care. I stand with cosrx it’s like you can’t really go wrong. I thought it’ll be too much to do the whole skin process twice a day but I love it. My skin has been acting pretty good past my hormonal years but I have seen a great difference in my brightness and tone. Just wanted to say I love your videos, I’ve watch them like everyday just to catch up with everyone.

The purging stage is what holds me back from trying a certain products. I know it’ll pass, but I’m not sure if it’s worth it and if my skin is actually got irritated by the product

COSRX is by far my favourite skincare brand. But to be fair I've only tried a few brands, because once I started using COSRX I couldn't stop! My favourite is the daily salicylic acid cleanser. James could you do a video about “non-makeup makeup products”? I know lots of moisturizers can have a blurring affect on the skin and some can even seem to even out redness. I also remember in one of your videos how you mentioned an eye cream that just illuminated the under eye area and concealed the look of darkness. That aloe soothing sun cream really is amazing. So unique and non-offensive. It's extremely hydrating for me, but non greasy, and doesn't cause my makeup to pill up. It's just great.

I LOVE the cosrx pimple patches!!! they stop me picking at my pimples. I get deep, painful, hormonal acne around my chin and they make them less sore and alot smaller by the morning when I remember to use them

Cosrx is my shit. I own so many...too many of their products. Their centella toner and ampoule are always in my skincare routine though. Honestly their entire line is bomb, aside from the snail mucin products, for me.

Loved this vid, I've been on the fence with trying cosrx, specifically the rice mask, aha whitehead toner and the pimple patches for my dry, extremely sensitive, acne prone and hyperpigmented skin. now I'm sold

They're rice overnight mask is my favourite, I have very dry skin and this is the only thing that does it for me without having to use extra moisturisers

I would like to say that people rave about the cosrx good morning cleanser but in my experience it was horrible I’m not sure if it’s because I bought it off amazon because I bought the first one from sokoglam and it was ok but the other one gave my milisizia focullitis which was bad and my skin didn’t recover for a whole 6 months and I think it was because the yeast extract

ADVICE FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE BAD ACNE SCARS i used the Centella Blemish Cream as a face cream at day and spot treatment at night (i have bad scarring on my face) and it worked amazing! in just a week i was seeing results that I was really happy of.. I respect james, but yes we all have different skin, so maybe it didnt work for him.. but if u do have bad acne scaring give the Centella Blemish Cream a chance and be a lil patience because scar healing does take time...

I have to agree with pretty much everything you said with one exception. I do like the low ph good morning cleanser, it’s not mind blowing but I do find it to be very reliable, non irritating and good for acne prone skin.

I've only tried the Good Morning Gel Cleanser and I really like it! I hate facial cleansers that leave your skin super tight and dry and usually cleansers like that are in the more affordable range, and this one definitely doesn't do that. The only thing that I hate about it is the scent. I've also tried the Rice Sleeping Mask and it leaves your skin so hydrated and smooth so it's very ideal for dry skin, I recommend getting the squeezy tube packaging because it seems like with the jar it gets spoiled easier and the rice smell starts to become sour.

I'm fascinated by this brand after reading that the 95% galactomyces essence (different from the 10% toner you mentioned) is a dupe for SK-ii, which is not cruelty free and is rather expensive. Thanks so much for the overview! Subscribed! ❤️ I like using a jelly cleanser in the morning! It's nice and gentle, just takes away built up oil and dirt from your pillow overnight without drying out your skin, and you can actually usually put them on your skin without wetting it first, which can make you lose hydration. I have sensitive combo oily/dry skin so my skin is finicky lol!

I love the Green comfort skin sunscreen! I think ur right about it being for oily skin though, it keeps my skin nice and calm all day and my skin doesn’t start getting oily through the makeup. Would definitely recommend for people w oily/combo skin

Thanks to your review. I bought the cosrx balancium ceramide cream after watching. It worked really well for me. Not too oily for someone who doesn’t use any skin care. My makeup doesn’t crack anymore 🤣

That Odd Eye Circle at the beginning gets me every time

For the Light fit Real water toner to cream, it works well after the moisture up pad. Ive been using it for a month now, after cleansing, I use one pad of the moisture up, then wait for a minute, then this toner to cream, and sunscreen. It is great for your morning skincare routine. It actually needs a good partner to work better😊

I had the same experience when I started using the blackhead power liquid but luckily someone already mention that I''ll be purging like crazy. I was so excited to buy the cream to toner thing and it was in my wishlist since the first time I saw it but I've been seeing alot of negative reviews so maybe I'm gonna wait for a little while longer. I love the pimple patch (red box one) and they have been helping me alot (habit of picking out). I think I should add that galactomyces toner to my wish list. I love the cosrx products in general cause they don't have fragrance which I'm sensitive to. I wish my skin love aloe but sadly it doesn't so I couldn't even use the aloe sunscreen. Love this video.

I have oily skin and my favourite CosRX products are the same as James's. Especially the AHAs/BHAs and the rice mask. A word of warning to other oily folks though: the Aloe Sun Cream was so sticky and greasy on me and very heavy. Even in winter. It smells great though!

Enjoyed this so much. Brands come out with a LOT of products and can be really confusing. Have you tried high frequency treatments with either neon or argon? So amazing! The neon stimulates bloodflow and help products absorb and penetrate deeper. The argon is stunning for acne and oily skin. It's expensive to have it done in the salon but buying the device is not that expensive
