One thing, at the end of the first movie, didn't the bad guy fall into the forever baby formula, turning him into a baby. If so, then why did they need an entirely new 'top secret formula' in this movie?

Most babies are actually born blonde haired and blue eyed, and then will have their actual colours fully develop with months, so I like to pretend that's what happened XD
