Today, I embarked on a bullet-speed day trip to Aomori, the northernmost tip of Japan's main island, Honshu, using the trending "Kyun❤︎Pass." Let me share with you the experience. While it's easy to swiftly reach Aomori aboard the Tohoku Shinkansen "Hayabusa," this time, I deliberately made stops along the way to enjoy various railway spots.
One highlight was disembarking at "Kurikoma Kogen" to admire the Shinkansen speeding through at 320 km/h, and witnessing the decoupling of the "Komachi" and "Hayabusa" trains at "Morioka." Additionally, I indulged in Aomori's local sake, freshly caught bluefin tuna, compared different ciders, and savored a seafood bento amid the passing scenery of the high-speed Shinkansen.
I created this video to share this delightful experience with all of you. For international viewers, I highly recommend replicating this fantastic adventure when visiting Japan.
