This is Session 3 of the Savage boxing Heavy bag seres. Theses boxing heavy bag workouts are ideal for all levels. Ive combined heavy bag combinations, conditioning drills, music, motivational and instructional voice and a round timer. The Savage Boxing Heavy bag workout format is a 1 minute interval before a 20 second rest. The you hit a 40 second conditioning set. We repeat that for 3 sets per round.
