regardzz I think he lifts in Romaleos nowadays. Actually, I think that he'd do worse, yes. He's been lifting all his life like that. Many people think he'd put another 30-40 kg on his squat if he was wearing knee sleeves, a belt and squatted low bar, but I really doubt it. He's trained with that technique and equipment (no equipment) since the beginning and he's more efficient like that. AND... he just doesn't like all that powerlifting paraphernalia

fake weights, faker than implants. You should know this as well as anyone.... anything that is reasonably heavy does not bounce at all when it hits the floor. The fact that he's claiming that he's pulling that kind of weight with a hook grip is even more ridiculous. Then again Omar, you use fake weights as well.T I would wager big money that this guy Clarence is probably pulling closer to 400 lbs in this video. For his weight and size I will go out on a limb and say that him pulling 700 lbs would be impossible. For him to even pull 600 would be miraculous. @ShyBoy6ty94 жыл бұрын
As I understand it, ancient Greek athletes would cover themselves with oil, I believe olive oil, and train naked. When they were done, they'd scrape all the dirt, sweat, and oil from their bodies that had accumulated from training, and into a container of sorts. I didn't read about people drinking/eating it, but it was believed that if you covered yourself with the grime from one of the athletes, you'd gain some of their athletic ability i.e. you'd run faster if you covered yourself with the sweat and such from an olympic sprinter.

@@jakk221 You're probably either 12 and an undeveloped little kid or 25+ sitting at home in your mom's basement insecure about your 350 pound ass so you hate on others, bet your ass can't even lift 150 pounds without sweating and screaming like a little girl, hell you probably only lift the 15 king-sized bags of potato chips that you forced your mom to spend her money on and call it a workout

+Simon Standbridge Just interested in how much he eats(Protein,Carbs,Fat) rather than actually watch him eat lol.
@DeOnlyBobblehead8 жыл бұрын
+Simon Standbridge It just gives you an idea about his nutrition, which is linked to his deadlift.
