Ok...so the ones who r looking for the recipe; here it is: He chopped tomatoes then added finely chopped coriander leaves and then red chilli powder which is not the spicy one; it's used to give the desired color to the dish... Then he adds boiled and diced potatoes and tamarind pulp/ water(tamarind is soaked for say 1 hr in it) Then he mixes all of this nicely... finally he adds the sprouted brown grams which have freshly boiled and finely crushed green chillies (this gives it the spiciness) then adds salt; chat masala and tari(flavoured oil)in it and then a good dash of lemon ... And last final stir after which it's ready to serve! My mother makes them for me since I was a kid only with 1 more addition to this recipe which is raw finely chopped onions... U can also try it!

@@poulamipalit8087 Tari is basically oil which has been used to fry onions.... If u r a non-vegetarian then u can also use the tari or Rogan which floats on top of ur mutton/chicken gravy. In old times the ladies of the house used to cook their meat in a lot of ghee/oil and after the gravy has been served they used to preserve the extra oil which used to float on top of the gravy and whenever they prepared any such delicacies they used to add the tari to it for additional flavouring... But if u r a vegetarian then onion fried oil or oil from any vegetable gravy preparation can b used... And u can add fried crushed onions known as birista too in this dish.. it tastes more yummy

1. sprouted Black gram (in Hindi kaale chana) 2. Red chilli powder 3. Green chillies 4. Coriander 5. Tomato Chutney (or any sauce of your choice ) 6. Curd or yogurt 7. Boiled potatoes with finely chopped onions ,premixed Mix well 👍👍👍

Morning Breakfast ....! Can't be healthier & delicious than this, protein, carbohydrate, vitamin C, Vitamin A alongwith many daily required minerals & Stomach full to have a space for junk food before lunch. Except reservations on hygiene for few.
