Wow, this was exactly the practice I needed to feel my body feel both awake and relaxed. I so love your explanations of each pose - what to pay attention to, what is stretched and where should be softened. Sometimes even a small shift of a shoulder allows the posture to be better, better felt. I would be very happy if, in the next lessons, you could occasionally dwell on a certain position, and explain it a little more in depth, so that we know how to maximize it next time. Thank you very much for each and every lesson you share with us.

Hi Devi, love that you change the format / frame of your classes ! This one was splendid too ! I had a hard time connecting brain and body but, fortunately, you indicate the targeted areas, which helps me a lot reconnecting with my body🙏🙏

Thank you so much. I loved this workout. I have some stiffness in my right hip and this was awesome. I used the block when we did the stretch to the right with the left leg extended. I am going to do that more and hold a little longer. Just an awesome flow.

I could not have enjoyed this class any more! It is a magical blend of my favorite positions for building strength and relaxing as well. The pace feels so good in my body. It is the perfect antidote to HIT or cardio workouts and I find it way more effective and feel-good for my body. Thank you!

Good morning, Devi! I have been practicing Yin exclusively for the past few weeks because of a foot injury. I got up this morning, eager to dive into a practice that would be a bit more challenging. This was perfect! Challenging but not too much! I feel like I started my day off strong and I feel both energized and centered. Thank you! 🧘🏻‍♀️
