Good luck king, iam blessed at deadlift due to have long arms and long legs, but i have an curse on bench press because of my long arms i cant bench alot...

I train good deadlifters as well. Now Working with a 330 kg deadlifter.

@@rejsingbil what are their bodyweight? Im trying to reach 200kg with 68kg bodyweight (i do crosstraining which is mix of powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, chalistenics, bodybuilding and crossfit) my record ever was 250kg at 75kg bodyweight but i lost alot of strenght after i got depressed!
