Suggest that one must stay in similar property on rent for a week or two. Observe the maintenance of the property, check the overall rental demand, electricity supply, internet speed, water supply, etc and then jump 🦘 into buying a property. Usually we spend more time in choosing a time share membership.. isn't it guys.

@@smulestar So that builders and people from plains can make shitholes in these beautiful, ecologically sensitive places. Sometimes you have to do certain unpleasant things to keep something safe. If only all indians/humans had sense to protect and preserve mother nature, then there would not be such rules. These rules are there so that people like you and your future generations can enjoy these wonders of the nature and benefit as well.
